Kenneth S. Webster - President & CEO


Mr. Webster has been in the financial services industry for over twenty five years with a broad history in the areas of traditional and alternative investments beginning with his start as a CPA in the Financial Services practice of Coppers & Lybrand ("C&L"), now PricewaterhouseCoopers, in 1987. Mr. Webster left C&L to become Chief Financial Officer of Chang Crowell Management, a registered Commodity Trading Advisor ("CTA") in 1991. Mr. Webster joined the management team of John W. Henry & Company, Inc ("JWH"), a global investment firm managing public and private assets in the futures and foreign exchange markets, in January 1995 where he was an integral part of the firm's growth and development. During his tenure, JWH became one of the first advisors to reach $1 billion in client assets under management, ultimately reaching a peak of $3.5 billion. He was appointed President of JWH in January 2007 and remained until the firms closing in 2013.


Mr. Webster launched Parkland Financial Services, Inc. in 2008 to offer consulting services to a select group of established and emerging investment managers. Today the firm offers a wide array of services to its client base including executive, financial and operational management oversight, outsourcing options for financial and operational functions, full service accounting and fund administration, as well as offering project based and long-term consulting relationships.


Mr. Webster serves on several Hedge Fund advisory boards and is a frequent speaker at alternative industry events. He is an ongoing participant in print and television media interviews covering alternative investments, Hedge Funds and general financial market insight with news organizations including Bloomberg, Reuters, Barron's, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Futures Magazine and various others.


Mr. Webster received his B.B.A in Public Accounting from Pace University in New York in 1987 and holds designations as a National Commodities Representative (Series 3), General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) and Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27).  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.   .
